This project was a spec home where our team worked closely with the general contractor to complete the full electrical installation. Because it was a spec build, the scope evolved throughout the project as new ideas and upgrades were introduced during construction. Our role was to stay flexible and deliver a high-quality electrical system while adapting to changes in real time
Challenges
Spec homes of this size and complexity require constant coordination and adaptability. This project included several advanced systems, such as a full home speaker system, security camera system, golf simulator, hot tub, and preparation for a standby generator. Managing these features while accommodating ongoing design changes required strong communication and the ability to adjust quickly without impacting the schedule.
