The Job Request
Sagebrush Flats is a multi-family apartment complex consisting of approximately 180 residential units spread across two buildings. Our team partnered with Blue Line Construction to provide all electrical work for the project, including power distribution, lighting, and complete electrical systems for each unit and common areas.
Challenges
A key consideration on this project was that the entire complex was all-electric, with no gas service. All units utilized electric heating, which required careful planning and coordination to ensure proper power distribution and system performance, especially given the cold climate in the region. Attention to load calculations, equipment coordination, and scheduling was critical to the project’s success.
