The Job Request
Bella Vista consists of a series of high-end custom homes built by TNT Construction. Our role was to provide electrical expertise, design insight, and added value to help each home stand out. The scope included complete electrical systems, detailed lighting layouts, and specialty lighting features designed to enhance the architecture and finishes of each home.
Challenges
These homes are built on a hillside, which created unique access and height challenges, particularly when working at soffits and elevated exterior areas. Each home featured custom lighting details, including under-cabinet lighting and lighting integrated beneath stone countertops with channeled stonework. Installing tape lighting in these conditions required precision, creativity, and close coordination with other trades.
Duration
Approximately two and a half weeks per home.
