Serenity Now was a custom residential project where our team provided all electrical work for the home, including power distribution, lighting, and complete electrical systems. A key part of the scope was close coordination with the general contractor and all other subcontractors to ensure the project stayed organized and on schedule.
Challenges
Custom homes demand precise attention to detail, and Serenity Now was no different, with our team completing all electrical work including power distribution, lighting, and full system installation. A key challenge was the height and complexity of the rooflines, especially in areas with elevated ceilings and recessed can lighting, requiring close coordination with the general contractor and subcontractors to keep everything aligned, organized, and on schedule.
