The Job Request

This project involves ongoing electrical work for a high-volume tract home builder completing approximately 100 homes per year. Our role is to consistently perform all electrical work on each home, from rough-in through trim-out, while maintaining tight schedules and delivering clean, accurate installations. Because this is a tract home development, scheduling, consistency, and accuracy are extremely important. Even small mistakes can quickly compound when working at this scale. Our team focuses heavily on standardized layouts, clear communication, and quality control to ensure each home is completed efficiently with minimal rework.

Duration

Each home is completed in approximately two days total, including both rough-in and trim-out.

Team

Typically one journeyman electrician and one apprentice per home.
