This project involved completing the full electrical rough-in and trim for a new construction custom home. Our goal was to deliver a clean, accurate electrical system while meeting the contractor’s expectations and coordinating closely with other trades throughout the build.
Challenges
Custom homes require a high level of detail, and this project was no exception. A key challenge was the height and complexity of the rooflines, particularly in areas with elevated ceilings and recessed can lighting. Careful planning was required to ensure lighting placement, circuit routing, and overall layout aligned with the architectural design.

Results
With custom homes, the details matter. A key consideration is making sure every circuit is planned and run correctly, and that our layout stays coordinated with other trades as the build progresses (plumbing, HVAC, framing, insulation, etc.). Good communication and timing keep everything clean, efficient, and on schedule.
