Complete electrical rough-in and trim for the “Basecamp” remodel. Updating and modernizing the cabin’s electrical while supporting the new layout, finishes, and overall luxury upgrade.
Challenges
This was a very detail-oriented remodel working within an existing structure. The biggest challenge was coordinating new wiring with what was already in place, identifying what could be reused, what needed to be upgraded, and routing everything cleanly without sacrificing the cabin’s rustic character. Clear design direction and communication from Lighthouse Construction helped the process run smoothly and kept details on track.

Basecamp is a full cabin transformation into a modern, high-end retreat while keeping its original charm. The finished space includes 4 private suites, a large updated kitchen with granite countertops and new cabinetry, new LVP flooring, and a spacious gathering area. Updated plumbing and electrical fixtures were key to making the home feel modern and functional while still fitting the character of the original cabin.
