Shepherd Hills Commons is a large-scale apartment complex consisting of 271 residential units. The majority of the units are townhomes grouped into buildings of approximately 10 to 15 units, along with two 50-unit apartment buildings. The property also includes a clubhouse featuring a pool, golf simulator, and common gathering areas.
Challenges
Due to the size and duration of the project, consistency, scheduling, and quality control were critical. With high unit volume, it was essential to maintain tight schedules, meet deadlines, and minimize mistakes to avoid callbacks. Coordinating work across multiple buildings and phases required careful planning and clear communication throughout the project.
